Serving with Compassion and Faith

Catholic Charities-Diocese of Laredo is committed to serving the emergency needs of the indigent and believes that people have the right to live in an environment that is free of abuse, violence, fear, and oppression.

All program services are provided without regard to religion, race, income, disability, or sexual orientation.

Disaster Relief

Providing emergency food, shelter, clothing, and essential supplies to individuals and families affected by natural disasters. Our goal is to provide immediate support during difficult times and help the community affected recover from the impact of a disaster.

Emergency Assistance

More specifically, CCDOL provides support to individuals and families through the following programs and events.

-Assistance with rent payments

-Homelessness assistance

-Assistance with utility payments

-Food & Clothes distribution

-Referrals to other community resources

For assistance, you must call 956-722-2443 on MONDAYS at 8:00 am until the list is filled.

Consultations are available Tuesdays and Thursdays by appointment only. The consultation fee is $50.00.

Mission

Offering free healthcare and compassionate support to individuals and families in need through medical, dental, vision, and spiritual support.

The Annual Medical Mission will be held November 5-10, 2026, at San Luis Rey Parish, 3502 Sanders Ave by appointment. It is an excellent opportunity for those needing attention to be served by professionals in the health field.
